Driving Directions:
From I-465, take exit 19 for W 56th Street. Head east on W 56th Street, then turn left on Georgetown Road. Turn right on Sebring Drive and you’ll find The George on your left.

Q: How can I schedule A tour?

A: You can schedule a tour by calling us directly at

Q: How much is the application fee?

A: Our application fee is $100 which covers all costs for screening and processing of your application!​​​​

Q: What are the move in costs?

A: The move in costs are as follows:

1. Security Deposit

2. First Months Rent (Prorated)

Additionally, at the the time of move in residents will have to have transferred the electric and gas into their name.

Q: Are there any hidden fees?

A: There are no hidden fees!

In order to keep the property well maintained, residents are charged the following monthly:

1: Water - $45-65

2: Pest Control - $10

3: Trash Removal - $10

Q: What Are The Pool Hours?

A: The swimming pool is open daily (during the season) from 9am - 7pm!

Q: How do I pay rent?

A: Residents can pay rent directly through the resident portal by clicking the  below:

*additional payment methods are available as well - please inquire with the leasing office. No cash is accepted.

Q: How do I submit a maintenance request?

A: Residents can submit a maintenance request by calling the 24/7 maintenance line at (463) 229-7054 ext. 2 or directly in the resident portal by clicking below:

Q: Is renters insurance required?

A: Yes. As listed in the lease residents are required to have a liability to landlord insurance policy covering up to $100,000. Insurance coverage on personal belonging is not required but strongly recommended.
